Very friendly and helpful staffs Excellent location. Just a 5-10 mins walk from imbi and bukit bintang shopping complexes as well as monorail stations
The first room we were allocated to smelled smoky and was unbearable as there were no windows. However, the staffs kindly offered to switch to a cleaner room and helped us moved our luggages Bathroom is very small and basic but hey, you've got what you'd paid for!

The staffs were friendly and helpful.
The tiny nature of the bathroom and the room where I have to put my bags on the floor with only minimal space to walk.

nothing except the location
very dirty, very small, always have problem with electricity, not proper to say this is a hotel this is a budget apartement in town.. not good to stay

Nice location if you want to escape from busy bukit bintang walk.
The room is a bit dirty. Floor a bit dirty. Wall got water mark from leakage. No facilities to make hot water

staff was friendly they did help up with direction. so thank to them.
i like nothing about this hotel apart from frienly staff. even what they show on website in real totly diffirent even u cant put your bag in the room. i did not like this hotel its just waste of money.

only the location and nothing more!!!
the shower and toilet were realy discasting, the sheets were bloody, the manager promissed us a wake up call, he didn't wake us up and we missed our flight and he react like it was nothing, this hotel is a real nightmare!!!

Location near the popular shopping mall.
A little dirty bathroom,The worse thing is...that water was supplied for only 5~ 10 minutes after turning on the faucet...15 Minutes later water was supplied again.Very terrible experience..I Thought budget hotels in Malaysia would be same..But that's not..I Stayed at 3 hotels in Malaysia for my trip.Water supply was very good in another hotels in Malaysia.I Want to Recommend another hotels with same price.

The place was really convenient, just a 5 minutes walks will reach shopping mall and monorail. Even my flight delayed and only checked in at 5am but the staff still served with friendly smile.
